What is Compass?

Compass is an AI-powered guidance tool built on the Radical Candor methodology. It helps you prepare for difficult conversations, practice giving feedback, and develop your communication skills — with guidance grounded in Kim Scott's framework for caring personally and challenging directly.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes 10 messages per month, giving you access to feedback guidance and conversation practice. It's a great way to experience Compass before committing to a paid plan.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to your new plan's features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does team billing work?

Team plans are billed per seat at $19/seat/month with a minimum of 3 seats. The team owner manages billing centrally and can invite members to join. Each team member gets full unlimited access to Compass.

What happens when I add or remove team members?

When you add a new team member, the cost is prorated immediately. When you remove a member, you can reduce your seat count and the billing adjustment takes effect on your next invoice.
